Event Producer – Hybrid & In‑Person Events

About the role

Encore, a global event‑technology leader, is looking for an Event Producer to join its Hong Kong team. You will combine business‑development acumen with creative event production, driving new opportunities and delivering end‑to‑end experiences for corporate, government and association clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch and secure new event business across multiple industries.
• Lead the full event lifecycle from enquiry, proposal and design through to on‑site execution.
• Translate client briefs into tailored AV, staging, lighting and creative production solutions that fit budgets.
• Collaborate with technical and creative teams to ensure flawless delivery.
• Provide hands‑on leadership on‑site, managing budgets, timelines and resources.
• Build long‑term client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and pipeline KPIs while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Sales‑first mindset with proven ability to win event business.
• Strong event‑production expertise covering AV, staging, lighting and creative operations.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Knowledge of the South Korea market and connections in corporate, government or association sectors is highly valued.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
