Event Producer / Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Event Producer / Project Manager to join an international experiential event agency’s Hong Kong team. The role is hybrid/remote and involves managing end‑to‑end delivery of mid‑ to large‑scale physical events for financial and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑lasting client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Collaborate with clients on event content, planning, logistics and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Manage budgets, negotiate contracts and protect project profitability.
• Oversee the pre‑event process, coordinate on‑site execution and third‑party vendors.
• Complete post‑event activities such as cost reporting, invoicing and performance analysis.
• Implement efficient processes and best practices for event delivery.
• Manage project resources, including freelance staff, and align responsibilities with CSR commitments.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience delivering mid‑large scale physical events, preferably for financial or corporate clients.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects from concept to completion.
• Senior‑level project management experience is welcome.
