Executive – Resorts Services (Hong Kong)

About the role

The Executive, Resorts Services will operate the Shun Tak office in Hong Kong and provide on‑floor assistance to Melco VIP guests. You will act as the personal point of contact, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain guest loyalty by delivering exceptional, personalized service.
• Coordinate with internal teams to arrange hotel bookings, transportation, and on‑site assistance.
• Escort guests during transportation and welcome them at key touchpoints.
• Promote and sell in‑house entertainment tickets, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct tours of Melco properties, familiarising guests with facilities and restaurants.
• Gather feedback and use each interaction to market Melco offerings.
• Handle administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or hospitality.
• College graduate or higher.
• Holder of a valid Hong Kong ID.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
