Family House Manager (House In‑charge)

About the role

We are seeking a switched‑on hospitality professional to act as the House In‑charge and House Manager for the family of our Founder & Executive Chairman. The role combines household management, staff supervision, and personal assistance in a dynamic, high‑standards environment.

Key responsibilities

• Run personal household and social tasks for the family, including stock‑taking, restocking of supplies, and upkeep of linens, cutlery, crockery, and glassware.
• Make reservations and appointments, track appliance warranty renewals, repairs, car services, gym equipment maintenance, and fire‑safety checks.
• Liaise with contractors for renovation work and ensure all gadgets and phones are updated with the latest software.
• Train and supervise housekeeping, laundry, formal and informal dining, table setting, and flower arrangement staff.
• Coordinate daily with the chef on meal planning and service.
• Collate and review monthly statements for grocery, supermarket, dry‑cleaning, and miscellaneous bills, as well as home expenses and petty cash.

Required profile

• Flexibility in working hours and ability to adapt to a dynamic schedule.
• Experience as a House Manager with Butler service and PA responsibilities; Butler Academy Diploma preferred.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English; ability to communicate in Cantonese.
• Strong communication, supervisory, and training capabilities.
• Hospitality background with food & beverage experience is preferred.
• High standards, reliability, and a service‑oriented, level‑headed attitude.
