Family House Manager (Private Residence)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, hospitality‑focused professional to act as the House In‑charge for the family of our Founder & Executive Chairman. This full‑time, on‑site position combines household management, personal assistance, and Butler‑level service in a dynamic, high‑standards environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily household operations, including stock‑taking, restocking of supplies, and maintenance of linens, cutlery, crockery and glassware.
• Arrange reservations, appointments and coordinate the family’s schedule.
• Track warranty renewals, repairs, and service contracts for appliances, vehicles, gym equipment and safety systems.
• Liaise with contractors for renovation or maintenance projects.
• Ensure all devices and smartphones are updated with the latest software and applications.
• Train and supervise staff in housekeeping, laundry, formal and informal dining, table setting and floral arrangements.
• Collaborate daily with the Chef on menu planning and service execution.
• Prepare and review monthly expense statements for groceries, dry‑cleaning, utilities and petty cash.

Required profile

• Flexible, adaptable and able to multitask across a varied schedule.
• Proven experience in House Management, Butler service or Personal Assistant roles.
• High standards of professionalism, reliability and a hands‑on attitude.
• Strong communication and supervisory abilities.

Required skills

• Butler Academy Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) and ability to communicate in Cantonese.
• Excellent organisational and training capabilities.
