Financial Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Financial Analyst to join a dynamic corporate finance team. The role offers hands‑on exposure to fundraising, M&A, financial analysis and capital‑market activities, supporting both equity and debt initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and evaluate investment, financing and strategic projects.
• Support equity and debt fundraising, M&A transactions, asset disposals and corporate restructuring.
• Prepare financial reports, presentations, valuation analyses and investment materials.
• Perform market research, financial modelling and project risk assessments.
• Coordinate with external advisors, banks, auditors and other professional parties during transaction execution.
• Assist investor‑relations activities and ensure regulatory disclosures and reporting compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, investor relations, audit, valuation or transaction advisory.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
