About the role
We are looking for a Floor Supervisor to manage the restaurant floor, ensuring smooth service and a welcoming atmosphere. You will lead the floor team to deliver high‑quality service in a vibrant Mediterranean‑style setting.
Key responsibilities
- Arrange seating and manage floor flow.
- Take orders and serve food to guests.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years experience in western cuisine.
- Outgoing, energetic personality with strong customer service and communication skills.
- Good spoken English.
