Key responsibilities

• Handle all guest interactions with professionalism, warmth, and a service‑focused attitude.
• Manage check‑ins, check‑outs, and cashiering functions efficiently and accurately.

• Assist with additional duties assigned by management to support overall hotel operations.

Required profile

• Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in rooms departments of sizable hotels, or a strong willingness to learn for fresh graduates.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Customer‑oriented, outgoing, and self‑motivated personality.
• Fluent spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
