Fulfillment Project Manager

About the role

Lululemon is seeking a Fulfillment Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of distribution centre (DC) and logistics projects across the APAC region. You will drive project delivery, align cross‑functional teams, and ensure seamless integration of new fulfilment capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, set milestones, and align with regional and global logistics objectives.
• Manage budgets, timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with operations, IT, finance, procurement, carriers and logistics providers to ensure successful implementation.
• Oversee integration of new DC and fulfilment capabilities with existing systems such as TMS and WMS.
• Monitor post‑implementation performance, identify improvement areas, and ensure compliance with service‑level agreements.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to multi‑carrier logistics, including delays, capacity constraints and regulatory compliance.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership, highlighting key metrics and potential risks.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of project or program management experience, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
• Strong understanding of the APAC supply‑chain landscape, regulatory requirements and carrier networks.
• Proven experience in carrier negotiations and contract management.
• Experience working with third‑party logistics organisations.
