Full Stack Engineer – Identity & Access Integration

About the role

This position is focused on building and supporting enterprise‑wide identity and access management (IAM) integrations. You will work closely with security, architecture and infrastructure teams to deliver compliant, automated solutions that connect core business applications with identity platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement integration solutions between enterprise systems and identity platforms.
• Develop and maintain APIs, connectors, and automation scripts that support IAM/IGA workflows.
• Support integrations related to Identity Governance and Access Management.
• Collaborate with architecture, security and infrastructure teams to ensure solutions meet compliance standards.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, data‑flow problems and performance bottlenecks.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configuration records and integration designs.
• Assist with testing, hand‑over and business‑as‑usual activities for delivered solutions.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience as a System Engineer, Integration Engineer or Software Developer.
• Strong background in system integration, APIs, automation or middleware.
• Degree or higher diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese).
• Experience in large‑scale enterprise or regulated environments (e.g., banking, financial services) is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• JSON and XML data formats.
• Familiarity with identity solutions such as Active Directory, Azure AD, CyberArk, Okta.
