Full-time Customer Service Officer

About the role

The Customer Service Officer will manage daily operations at our concierge counters, delivering premium service to guests and supporting marketing initiatives. This full‑time, onsite position involves handling guest enquiries, complaints, and value‑added services while maintaining a welcoming lounge environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily concierge counter operations to ensure premier guest service.
• Address guest complaints, requests, enquiries, and provide value‑added services efficiently.
• Support marketing activities through guest interaction and feedback collection.
• Manage light refreshment service and utensil arrangements in the member lounge.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Property Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or front office within hotel/property management, or fresh graduates willing to start.
• Excellent spoken and written English, Putonghua, and Cantonese.
• Cheerful, initiative‑driven, service‑oriented, and able to communicate with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Willingness to work shifts; candidates with less experience may be considered for Customer Service Assistant roles.
