Funds Finance Consultant

About the role

Capco is seeking a Funds Finance Consultant to lead business analysis and project management for a technology modernisation programme at a Tier 1 global bank. The role combines fund finance expertise with technology transformation to modernise critical banking capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business analysis and project management activities within the fund finance technology modernisation programme.
• Collaborate with business, technology, risk and operations teams to translate complex fund finance requirements into practical solutions.
• Analyse fund finance products, lending structures and operational processes to support technology design and implementation.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, document requirements and support testing, implementation and change management.
• Coordinate project deliverables, manage dependencies and risks, and communicate progress to international stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or in a combined role with specialist knowledge of fund finance or fund lending.
• Understanding of fund finance structures such as investor recourse, subscription finance facilities, NAV‑based lending and asset recourse facilities.
• Ability to translate complex financial products and regulatory requirements into clear technology requirements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, analytical and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel internationally.
