Graduate Traffic Engineer

About the role

SYSTRA's MVA division is seeking a motivated Graduate Traffic Engineer to join its Hong Kong office. You will work on transport planning and traffic engineering projects, gaining exposure to both local and international assignments while developing the technical expertise required for a Chartered Engineer career.

Key responsibilities

• Support technical project work across traffic and transport studies.
• Conduct traffic and transport data analysis, surveys and calculations.
• Develop traffic engineering designs for transport‑related facilities and propose traffic‑management schemes.
• Prepare reports, drawings and technical documentation.
• Liaise with stakeholders and participate in client meetings.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or candidate with less than 2 years of experience (2026 graduates accepted).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transport System Engineering, or a related transportation discipline.
