Growth Marketing Manager – AI‑Native Demand Generation

About the role

Cobo is seeking a full‑stack Growth Marketing Manager to own its AI‑native demand generation engine from strategy through execution, measurement and optimisation. You will drive integrated campaigns across AI search visibility, SEO/SEM, paid media and the product‑led growth funnel for its digital‑asset custody, wallet and payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI demand generation end‑to‑end, including quarterly planning, channel strategy, budget allocation and performance reporting.
• Increase AI‑search visibility (GEO) by partnering with AI engines, creating authoritative content and tracking AI‑referred traffic.
• Own technical SEO, content strategy, backlink growth and manage paid search campaigns with disciplined budgeting.
• Develop and optimise YouTube and LinkedIn as source channels for organic discovery and AI‑search exposure.
• Collaborate with Product to enhance the sign‑up and activation funnel through conversion analysis, A/B testing and CRO.
• Re‑build attribution models and growth dashboards in partnership with the data team.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multi‑channel growth or demand‑generation programs.
• Strong data‑driven mindset with ability to analyse performance and iterate quickly.
• Experience working with AI‑search platforms or generative search engines is a plus.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with product, content and data teams.
