Growth Marketing Manager / Assistant

About the role

The Growth Marketing Manager / Assistant Growth Marketing Manager will drive ecommerce sales through SAU LEE’s paid media, affiliate and emerging growth channels. Reporting to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will translate commercial targets into channel plans, manage campaign performance and identify profitable customer acquisition opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage performance marketing across Meta and Google, handling budgets, audience strategy, A/B testing and optimisation.
• Execute ad operations including campaign setup, creative uploads, targeting, tracking parameters and ongoing optimisation.
• Set growth and efficiency KPIs, monitor customer acquisition cost and new‑customer growth.
• Translate performance insights into creative briefs and collaborate with the Brand team on campaign testing.
• Support email marketing execution and CRM transition, improving segmentation, automated journeys and data infrastructure.
• Track sales and performance across channels, diagnose efficiency changes and recommend corrective actions.
• Build forecasts, assess campaign effectiveness and allocate budgets across paid channels.
• Support affiliate and creator partnerships, evaluate partner performance and optimise commission structures.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of growth or performance marketing experience, preferably in fashion or consumer brands.
• Proven ownership of paid media budgets and delivery of commercial targets.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and Klaviyo.
• Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills; familiarity with Shopify, GA4 and reporting dashboards.
• Excellent communication and project‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Interest in fashion ecommerce and ability to balance brand building with sales performance.
• Experience managing affiliate or creator partnerships is a plus.
