Guest Relations Officer – Front Desk Hospitality

About the role

Join a leading financial institution as a Guest Relations Officer, where you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. You will ensure a professional, courteous, and seamless experience at the front‑house reception while supporting the Operations/Guest Services Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist with visitor registration, conference‑room bookings, switchboard calls and email handling.
• Manage varying traffic flows to maintain a smooth customer experience at the reception area.
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to arrange meetings and events.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to the Operations/Guest Services Manager on various projects.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in hotel, guest services, or tourism (preferred).
• Detail‑oriented with a strong customer‑service mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Well‑presented appearance and professional demeanor.
• Hard‑working team player.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Competent use of email and general computer literacy.
