About the role
The Langham, Hong Kong is seeking a Guest Services Ambassador to join its front‑desk team. The role involves delivering a seamless and memorable experience for all guests, from arrival through departure, while upholding the brand’s high standards of hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Perform lobby reception duties, including guest check‑in, check‑out and handling enquiries.
- Greet VIP guests and ensure a warm, personalized welcome.
- Address guest comments and complaints tactfully, following hotel policies.
- Promote hotel facilities such as the Health Club, Business Centre and food‑and‑beverage outlets.
- Process cash transactions and manage cashier responsibilities.
- Follow up on daily amenities orders and coordinate with relevant departments.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the hotel industry (fresh graduates also considered).
- Higher diploma or above in hospitality, hotel management or a related field.
- Independent, confident and able to work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; good team player.
