Head of Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to lead our Hong Kong marketing operations, driving brand growth, user acquisition and compliance within the fast‑moving fintech sector. The role reports to senior leadership and will shape the market strategy for the Greater Bay Area.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand promotion, user acquisition and localized marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Analyse Hong Kong market trends, consumer behavior and competitive landscape to adjust the marketing mix and capture first‑mover advantages.
• Lead precision targeting, performance optimisation and ROI improvement across digital channels (social media, SEM/SEO, EDM, programmatic advertising).
• Design viral campaigns, KOL/influencer partnerships, loyalty programmes and referral mechanics to boost engagement and organic growth.
• Plan and execute high‑impact brand events, industry summits and media salons, collaborating with local mainstream media and vertical KOLs.
• Establish rapid crisis communication mechanisms and maintain relationships with regulators such as the SFC and HKMA.
• Lead the local marketing team, coordinate cross‑functional resources and manage the annual marketing budget with data‑driven performance evaluation.

Required profile

• 12+ years of marketing experience in financial, technology or fintech industries, with at least 3 years managing teams of 5+ members.
• Deep understanding of Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area consumer markets, local culture and fintech ecosystem.
• Strong strategic thinking, execution capability and entrepreneurial mindset in a high‑growth, target‑driven environment.
