Head of Marketing

About the role

The Head of Marketing will lead the development and execution of comprehensive brand promotion, user acquisition, and localized marketing strategies for the Hong Kong market. Reporting to senior leadership, this role ensures alignment with corporate objectives while navigating the fast‑changing fintech landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement market‑specific brand, digital, and user‑growth strategies, including KOL/influencer partnerships, loyalty programs, and referral mechanics.
• Analyse Hong Kong market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics to optimise the marketing mix and resource allocation.
• Lead the local marketing team across digital, content, events, and PR, coordinating with product, operations, and legal functions.
• Manage annual marketing budgets, track ROI, CAC, LTV and continuously optimise cost structures.
• Plan and execute high‑impact brand events, media salons, and crisis communication plans while maintaining compliance with SFC and HKMA regulations.

Required profile

• 12+ years of marketing experience in financial services, technology or fintech, with at least 3 years leading teams of 5+ members.
• Deep knowledge of Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area consumer markets, media landscape and fintech ecosystem.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese a plus) with strong cross‑cultural communication skills.
