Host/Hostess for Buffet Restaurant at Cordis Hong Kong

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Host or Hostess to join the team at The Place, our buffet restaurant in Cordis Hong Kong. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and memorable dining experience from reservation to table service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle restaurant bookings, manage the reservation system and optimise seating flow.
• Welcome guests, escort them to their tables and provide accurate wait‑time information.
• Deliver heartfelt, high‑standard service in line with Cordis brand values.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly, always aiming to exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations during peak periods.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer‑facing hospitality or restaurant service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Cheerful, reliable and detail‑oriented attitude.
• Commitment to the well‑being of guests and colleagues.
