Hotel Maintenance Technician – Carpentry & Electrical

About the role

The Nina Hotel in Tsuen Wan West is seeking a versatile Technician to keep all hotel facilities in excellent condition. You will be responsible for both carpentry and electrical maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime and a safe environment for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all carpentry work throughout the hotel, including high‑quality installations, touch‑ups and routine maintenance.
• Execute painting tasks using various techniques to maintain a polished appearance.
• Repair and maintain air‑conditioning, electrical, plumbing and drainage systems on a daily basis.
• Conduct routine inspections of building systems and promptly address any issues.
• Collaborate with other hotel teams to complete projects on schedule while adhering to safety protocols.
• Work shift duties as required to support 24‑hour hotel operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in carpentry/painting or electrical work, preferably within the hotel industry.
• Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A or above) and a valid Safety Card.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and handle multi‑skill tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
