Housekeeping Co‑ordinator (Hong Kong)

About the role

The Housekeeping Co‑ordinator will support the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department at Eaton HK, a cultural hub within the Langham Hospitality Group. This onsite role ensures smooth communication, accurate record‑keeping and efficient handling of guest enquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Assist daily operations of the Housekeeping Department as directed by supervisors.
• Monitor phones and computer systems to ensure proper functionality.
• Check the Stay Please system to confirm that associates have followed up on messages.
• Create formats, type and file manuals, reports, documents and correspondence for the department.
• Record incoming orders in the clerk logbook and dispatch jobs to the appropriate associates.
• Handle Lost & Found enquiries, arrange mailing of items and follow up on postage payments.
• Notify guests via email about valuable items left in rooms.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties assigned by superiors or hotel management.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in a related discipline (preferable).
• Previous experience in a hotel Housekeeping Department, with knowledge of Shiji and Stay Please systems considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with MS Office operations.
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese.
