HR Manager – Hong Kong & Taiwan

About the role

The HR Manager will act as the primary HR Business Partner for Kering Eyewear’s Hong Kong and Taiwan offices, delivering both strategic guidance and day‑to‑day HR execution. Reporting to the APAC HR Director, the role is based in the Hong Kong office and contributes to regional HR projects and initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as trusted HR Business Partner for Hong Kong and Taiwan, providing strategic and operational HR support to managers and employees.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment, talent development, succession planning and employee engagement initiatives.
• Advise on employee relations, organizational changes and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Collaborate with APAC Shared Service Centers and HQ to manage HR administration, budgeting, headcount planning and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner or Generalist.
• Experience in retail, luxury, fashion or other multinational consumer‑facing industries preferred.
• Exposure to multi‑country HR environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, talent management and performance management.
• Strong understanding of Hong Kong and Taiwan labor law and HR compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
