HR Manager (HR Operations)

About the role

Our client, a leading global supply chain and logistics solutions provider, is seeking a HR Manager to join its Hong Kong regional headquarters. This role offers a hands‑on opportunity to drive HR operations excellence while supporting a regional workforce across Asia Pacific.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, and HR documentation.
• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, tax filing, insurance, and leave management.
• Ensure HR processes comply with local labour regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and produce regular HR reports and analytics.
• Support annual salary reviews, bonus exercises, and benefits administration.
• Partner with external vendors on payroll, insurance, and employee benefits.
• Monitor market trends and contribute to compensation benchmarking exercises.
• Act as a trusted HR contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on policies, employee relations, and performance management.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of HR experience with strong exposure to HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Experience within logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, professional services, or multinational organizations preferred.
