Training & Development Officer

About the role

The Training & Development Officer will support Sino Group’s learning initiatives by organizing, delivering, and administrating training programmes. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high‑quality learning experiences that align with the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling and conducting training courses.
• Design and deliver training sessions as required.
• Liaise with training vendors and manage training arrangements.
• Maintain accurate training records, reports and documentation.
• Provide administrative support for learning projects and ad‑hoc initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in learning and development.
• Service‑oriented with strong interpersonal, presentation and analytical abilities.
• Mature, self‑motivated, able to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Team‑player, outgoing and passionate about employee growth.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with AI tools.
• Photo and video editing software competence.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Fluent written and spoken Chinese and Putonghua.
