职位概况
在九龙红磡湾的Kerry Hotel担任厨房助理II/III（甜点），负责提供高质量的甜点制作与服务，确保食品安全与卫生。
主要职责
- 按照订单准备甜点，保证品质与口感的一致性。
- 根据HACCP和ISO22000标准进行原料预处理和烹调。
- 维护厨房卫生，确保符合酒店食品安全规范。
任职要求
- 1至3年酒店厨房工作经验，熟悉甜点制作流程。
- 具备HACCP或ISO22000基础知识。
- 良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力。
必备技能
- HACCP食品安全管理体系
- ISO22000食品安全管理体系
