Inbound Sales Representative, SME & Growth (Mandarin & Cantonese Speaking)

About the role

Airwallex is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to join its SME & Growth Business team. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building the sales pipeline, and communicating the value of Airwallex’s global payments platform to prospective customers. The role focuses on Mandarin‑ and Cantonese‑speaking prospects and offers a commission‑driven compensation model.

Key responsibilities

• Engage inbound prospects, qualify their needs, and identify high‑value opportunities.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies to nurture leads through the early sales funnel.
• Articulate Airwallex’s value proposition and create sales tools and assets.
• Collaborate with the SME & Growth team to align prospect insights with product solutions.
• Track pipeline activity and report on key metrics to support growth targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Self‑motivated with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to think creatively and work independently on outreach initiatives.
• Comfortable managing early‑stage sales activities and qualifying leads.
