Income Accountant – Hospitality

About the role

The Income Accountant will manage the full set of accounting activities for Eaton Workshop’s Hong Kong hotel, ensuring accurate financial records and timely reporting. This position supports the finance team by handling income audits, month‑end close, and ad‑hoc analytical projects related to special events and promotions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform the complete set of accounting work and keep all records up‑to‑date.
• Conduct monthly audit checks (e.g., open checks, car park).
• Provide cover counts for F&B outlets and room‑revenue breakdowns for monthly financial reports.
• Lead ad‑hoc projects such as income audit analysis and comparisons for festivals and promotions.
• Supervise the Income Supervisor to ensure routine tasks are completed accurately.
• Generate system reports to verify data accuracy.
• Assist with month‑end closing and preparation of monthly reports.
• Carry out additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years accounting experience, preferably in the hotel industry.
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail‑oriented, and high accuracy.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Knowledge of the Sun accounting system (advantageous).
