Institutional Sales Manager – Payments & Crypto OTC

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and results‑driven OTC Sales Manager to join our rapidly growing Hong Kong OTC team. Operating in a high‑volume trading environment, you will drive OTC trading volume and revenue by engaging with B2B clients, payment institutions, and trading firms.

Key responsibilities

• Source, pitch, and close new B2B clients, focusing on payment institutions, cross‑border payments, and commodity/forex trading firms.
• Leverage your network and existing client base to generate immediate revenue and high‑volume OTC transactions.
• Manage accounts for existing house leads while conducting proactive outbound sales.
• Facilitate crypto on/off‑ramp solutions and USDT settlements for institutional clients.
• Ensure client onboarding and trading activities comply with regulatory and compliance standards and work with internal teams to identify cross‑selling opportunities.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years (junior) or 4‑5+ years (senior) experience in sales or business development within Crypto OTC, Web3 payments, Forex OTC, CFDs, or commodity OTC.
• Solid understanding of OTC logic, USDT workflows, and crypto on/off‑ramp mechanisms.
• Proven track record with existing client resources or demonstrable ability to drive high trading volume.
• Business‑level proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese and English.
• Holding an SFC Type 1 licence is a plus; willingness to obtain the licence after hire.
