International Property Analyst / Associate

About the role

Nan Fung Group, founded in 1954, is looking for a Senior Associate, Associate or Analyst to join its International Property team. The role involves asset management and development projects, working with offshore regional offices and investment prospects. Candidates with more experience may be considered for Senior Associate, and those with less for Analyst.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with offshore regional offices and investment prospects on asset management and development, including project management, portfolio monitoring, performance benchmarking and evaluation of value-enhancement initiatives.
• Contribute to feasibility studies, financial modelling, budgeting, scheduling, consultant coordination and project execution.
• Research market trends, regulatory changes and competitive positioning using traditional methods and AI-powered tools, then turn findings into actionable insights.
• Prepare reports, research briefs and presentations with clear recommendations for strategic decisions.
• Work with internal teams and external consultants on business plans, development projects and portfolio optimization.
• Provide forward-looking analysis of risks, opportunities and value-creation strategies across assets and the development pipeline.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Surveying, Project Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Approximately 5 years of professional experience in asset management, development management and/or project management.
• Strong written and verbal English; Cantonese and Putonghua preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and think independently and rigorously, with evidence-based outputs.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel-based financial modelling, with proven feasibility analysis and benchmarking experience.
• Familiarity with AI and data analytics tools for real estate research, benchmarking and forecasting, with critical assessment of outputs.
