Inventory Controller – APAC

About the role

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is expanding rapidly across the Asia‑Pacific region and needs a proactive Inventory Controller to ensure seamless inventory flow between supply‑chain partners, 3PL warehouses and retail locations. You will be the data‑driven link that guarantees accurate stock information and supports automation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain optimal stock availability across APAC warehouses and retail stores.
• Minimise inventory adjustments as a percentage of total inventory value.
• Ensure high inventory accuracy across 3PL Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Retail Point‑of‑Sale (POS) and ERP platforms.
• Perform regular inventory reconciliations and root‑cause analysis for adjustments.
• Reduce inventory discrepancies and system transaction failures.
• Deliver timely and accurate inventory reporting and reconciliation.
• Identify and implement innovative methods to continuously improve regional inventory accuracy.

Required profile

• Highly analytical and detail‑oriented with a hands‑on approach.
• Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Strong operational execution skills and ability to devise long‑term solutions.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Familiarity with Retail Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems.
• Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms.
• Data analysis and inventory reconciliation capabilities.
