职位概况
在K11 MUSEA的On昂跑直营店担任店铺顾问，直接面对消费者，传递品牌故事，提供专业的运动产品咨询与服务。
主要职责
- 熟悉品牌理念，主动与顾客互动，营造热情多元的品牌体验。
- 掌握产品知识，依据顾客需求提供运动解决方案。
- 按照陈列标准进行商品陈列、补货及季节性调整。
- 负责货品管理、收银操作、开关门及日常复盘等基础工作。
- 配合店长完成工作计划，参与店铺会议并提出改进建议。
- 支持社群活动准备与接待，提升到店体验。
任职要求
- 热爱运动，具备一定运动基础，乐于探索。
- 积极乐观，具备良好语言表达与沟通能力，能接受灵活排班及周末加班。
- 能适应快节奏、抗压工作环境，具备团队合作精神。
- 有零售工作经验者优先，具备跑步、跑团、陈列或培训经验者更佳。
- 具备基本英文接待能力者优先。
必备技能
- 品牌故事传递与顾客互动能力。
- 产品知识与运动需求匹配能力。
- 商品陈列、补货及库存管理技能。
- 收银系统操作与日常店务管理。
