Key Account Manager – Haematology (Hong Kong)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Key Account Manager for its Haematology portfolio in Hong Kong. The role focuses on driving business growth, strengthening relationships with haematologists and key opinion leaders, and supporting the adoption of innovative therapies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans to meet sales targets and increase market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with haematologists, KOLs, and healthcare stakeholders.
• Deliver scientific and product presentations that communicate clinical value and patient benefits.
• Gather and translate customer and market insights into actionable business strategies.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Market Access and Commercial teams to align engagement strategies.
• Identify opportunities within government, institutional and private hospital accounts to improve therapy access.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, preferably in oncology/haematology.
• Strong understanding of haematology disease states, treatment pathways and competitive landscape.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with healthcare professionals.
• Self‑driven, proactive approach to business management and reporting.
