Learning & Development Manager

About the role

The Learning & Development Manager will partner with property leadership to align training initiatives with the company’s mission and vision. This role ensures that employees receive the knowledge and skills needed to deliver excellent guest experiences and achieve business results.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and promote employee training programs across product knowledge, company philosophy, customer service, and leadership.
• Conduct needs assessments, design and develop customized training curricula, and facilitate delivery of both corporate and property‑specific programs.
• Measure training effectiveness, monitor enrollment and attendance, and evaluate ROI using guest satisfaction data and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to identify performance gaps and ensure transfer of learning to daily operations.
• Develop training program plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and adult‑learning principles.

Required profile

• Either a 2‑year degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field plus 2 years of HR or training experience, or a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with a certified‑trainer qualification (no experience required).
• Strong understanding of hospitality operations and guest service standards.
• Ability to lead, coach, and provide constructive feedback to staff and managers.
