Learning & Development Manager

About the role

Join the Learning & Development community in Hong Kong as a critical team member responsible for designing and delivering end‑to‑end learning experiences. You will leverage blended learning, digital tools and AI‑powered solutions to boost engagement, personalization and efficiency across technical and personal effectiveness programs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify functional development needs by collaborating with business leaders and HR partners.
• Design, create and curate engaging online and offline learning solutions.
• Deliver blended learning programs and ensure transfer of learning to the workplace.
• Develop digital and AI‑enabled learning materials such as visual graphics, videos, gamified modules, job aids and quick guides.
• Act as an evangelist for the group‑wide learning curriculum and promote a learning culture.
• Partner with senior leaders to co‑design and deliver curriculum aligned with business priorities.
• Contribute to the L&D Center of Excellence by sharing best practices across DFI.
• Monitor training effectiveness, assess impact and provide data‑driven insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Learning & Development, including instructional design and adult learning.
• Proven track record of delivering functional capability building projects on time and within budget.
• Experience designing solutions with AI‑enabled tools and technologies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to align learning initiatives with business goals.
