Senior Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead the full spectrum of HR functions for a mid‑size Hong Kong conglomerate. The role combines strategic partnership with business leaders and hands‑on management of talent acquisition, performance, learning, compensation, and employee relations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and off‑boarding.
• Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR advisory, workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement.
• Drive a comprehensive revamp of the Compensation & Benefits framework, including salary benchmarking, job grading, benefits review, incentive schemes, and policy enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with Hong Kong employment legislation, company policies, and HR governance standards while managing employee records, contracts, and audits.
• Oversee HR operations and HRIS administration, continuously improving processes, workflows, and reporting.
• Develop and implement HR policies and programs that foster a high‑performance culture and strengthen employee retention.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Solid experience in HR operations and management, preferably within the Hong Kong property sector.
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong labour laws and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to liaise with multiple internal stakeholders and coordinate HR cycles.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
