Leasing Manager – Retail Portfolio (Hong Kong)

About the role

The Leasing Manager will drive leasing strategies for the Shoppes at Parisian, focusing on attracting and securing emerging retailers from Mainland China. Based in Hong Kong, the role combines market research, tenant negotiations, and portfolio optimisation to achieve optimal rents and occupancy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, introduce, and negotiate with new retailers from Mainland China to open stores in the Parisian.
• Research and analyse consumer trends and shopping behaviours to inform leasing decisions.
• Maximise occupancy levels and rental income across the retail portfolio.
• Assist in developing and delivering the overall Leasing Plan.
• Support Retail Strategy by creating trade‑mix plans, reviewing brands, and selecting tenants to optimise rental yields.
• Prepare accurate leasing reports and documentation in a timely manner.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Real Estate, Business or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in retail leasing within the Mainland China market.
• Experience with leading shopping‑mall developers or integrated resorts is a plus.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English; fair Cantonese is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the retail industry and global retail trends.
• Extensive network and connections with Mainland China tenants.
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Based in Hong Kong with occasional business travel.
