Legal Consultant – Conveyancing & Real Estate

About the role

Axiom is seeking experienced Legal Consultants with a focus on conveyancing to provide ongoing support to a client in Hong Kong. The role offers flexible work arrangements, allowing you to work remotely, onsite, or in a hybrid model depending on client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day project conveyancing work, including drafting and reviewing sale and purchase agreements, assignments and related documents.
• Support first‑hand sales projects and ensure compliance with the Hong Kong Residential Properties (First‑hand Sales) Ordinance.
• Prepare and review key project documents such as pre‑sale consents, deeds of mutual covenant, leasing and property management agreements.
• Advise on land titles, tenders and joint ventures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in in‑house or law‑firm property/project conveyancing, especially residential developments.
• Solid working knowledge of the Hong Kong Residential Properties (First‑hand Sales) Ordinance.
• Ability to work independently, manage files from start to finish and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese.

Required skills
