About the role

We are seeking Legal Consultants with derivatives experience to join our team, supporting both sell‑side and buy‑side clients across the APAC region.

Key responsibilities

Draft, review and negotiate a range of derivatives documentation for sell‑side and buy‑side clients.
Assist with projects responding to current regulatory and political changes.
Support risk mitigation strategies and maintain up‑to‑date regulatory standards.

Required profile

Minimum of 1 PQE within derivatives or structured products, gained in private practice or in‑house.
Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders and adapt to new situations and work environments.
