Legal Consultant – Structured Product & Global Markets

About the role

Axiom is seeking a Legal Consultant with experience in structured products and global markets to support a leading global banking client. The role offers a collegial and supportive environment with flexible work arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal support on structured product business.
• Draft and review agreements, conduct legal research on relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with external counsel and international affiliates on legal matters and ad‑hoc projects.
• Assist with legal and regulatory queries related to market transactions.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer in Hong Kong or another common‑law jurisdiction, with at least 1 year post‑qualification experience.
• Experience in structured products, DCM, global markets, or derivatives.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
