Legal Counsel (3-5 PQE) – Listed Company

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Legal Counsel to join a listed company operating in the logistics and warehouse sector. The role provides pragmatic, commercial legal support across the Group, covering daily operations, new business initiatives, M&A, investments, IP, trading and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Advise internal teams on commercial and operational legal matters and identify mitigation strategies for legal risks.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of contracts and legal documents.
• Coordinate with regulators, external counsel and industry bodies to ensure compliance.
• Support the Group General Counsel and overseas teams on strategic legal issues.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments and assess their impact on the business.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer from Hong Kong or another Commonwealth jurisdiction.
• 3–5 years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
• Familiarity with HKSAR listing rules; logistics or warehouse industry knowledge is a plus.
• Strong commercial mindset with solid contract experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
• Detail‑oriented, analytical and able to travel occasionally.
