Legal Specialist – Hong Kong Remote (35h/week)

About the role
We are seeking a Legal Specialist to join an international legal research and analysis project focused on Hong Kong laws and regulations. The role is fully remote and requires a commitment of 35 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct in‑depth legal research on corporate, municipal, cooperative and commercial law matters.
- Analyse legislation and regulations, verify primary legal sources and citations.
- Prepare accurate legal documentation, research reports and draft statutory interpretations.
- Review and edit legal documents to ensure compliance with Hong Kong legal standards.
Required profile
- Licensed attorney, JD/LL.M. graduate, senior legal researcher or experienced paralegal.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Hong Kong legal practice.
- Strong knowledge of the Hong Kong legal system and ability to work independently.
- Excellent attention to detail.
