Logistics Director – Sports Sunglasses (Cycling, Baseball, Racquet)

About the role

The Logistics Director will lead end‑to‑end logistics for SUPACAZ’s sports sunglasses covering cycling, baseball and racquet sports. Based in Hong Kong, the role ensures demand planning, inventory control and global shipment coordination to support product launches and seasonal campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor logistics performance and resolve shipment or customs issues across multiple regions.
• Optimize transportation, warehousing strategies and implement continuous process improvements.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, manage relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses and distribution partners.
• Collaborate with product, sales and operations teams to support new product launches, seasonal campaigns and regional growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of sports and sports‑management dynamics to align logistics with seasonal demand cycles.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities to lead logistics teams and work with cross‑functional partners.
• Knowledge of physical‑education or related sports disciplines for cycling, baseball and racquet sports.
• Extensive experience in logistics, supply‑chain or operations within sporting goods, eyewear or consumer products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Sports Management or related field; professional certifications (e.g., APICS, CSCP) are a plus.

• Ability to manage international shipping, customs compliance and multi‑region distribution.
