Logistics Manager / Assistant Logistics Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Logistics Manager who can also be considered for an Assistant Logistics Manager position. The role involves leading a warehouse team, overseeing day‑to‑day operations, and ensuring smooth import/export processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the warehouse team, handling daily operations, planning, and shipment coordination.
• Set up and monitor KPIs for warehouse performance.
• Control resources such as manpower, equipment, materials, and floor space for optimal utilization.
• Implement and improve work processes, safety, security, and ISO compliance.
• Liaise with subordinates, provide guidance, and communicate with customers when needed.
• Develop people and organizational capabilities.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a sizable warehouse environment.
• Experience in electronic warehouse operations is a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and people‑management skills.
• Immediately available candidates are highly preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, ERP or WMS systems.
• Knowledge of automation technologies.
• Project management and presentation abilities.
