Logistics Manager

Key responsibilities

• Lead logistics team transformation to build an efficient, resilient, and agile organization for global export logistics.
• Champion operational excellence by embedding fact‑based analytics and metrics into logistics processes.
• Develop strategic partnerships with forwarders and 3PL providers to drive innovation, efficiency and superior service.
• Accelerate digital transformation by implementing advanced tools and real‑time performance monitoring.
• Maintain compliance, SOPs and internal controls, including SOX compliance.
• Define, monitor and act on KPIs for export logistics to ensure continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of export logistics experience in a multi‑SKU, multi‑modal FMCG environment.
• Solid people‑management experience, preferably leading a contract logistics operation.
• Experience working with transporters, customs brokers, freight forwarders and other export‑logistics entities end‑to‑end.
• Degree in a relevant field or professional logistics qualification.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel for planning and performance reporting.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Deep knowledge of export logistics processes, documentation, regulatory requirements and cost implications.
