Maison Host – Luxury Guest Experience

About the role

As a Maison Host you will be the first point of contact for guests entering a Louis Vuitton store, creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the brand’s luxury image. You will engage visitors, manage queues and support client advisors to ensure a seamless and memorable shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients warmly upon entry and departure, reinforcing a positive brand perception.
• Engage with guests waiting in line, discover their interests and convey relevant brand stories.
• Communicate client preferences and information to attending Client Advisors for personalized service.
• Assist in queue and crowd management, maintaining safety and security at all times.
• Address client concerns with empathy, offering solutions or escalating to management when needed.
• Provide feedback to the Operations Manager on opportunities to improve queue experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, F&B, aviation or a service‑focused industry.
• Client‑centric mindset with the ability to interact with diverse customer groups.
• Calm under pressure, resourceful and adept at problem‑solving.
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities to bring the Louis Vuitton brand to life.
• Enthusiasm for luxury, lifestyle and artisanal cuisine.
• Team‑player, energetic and helpful.
• Well‑organized with excellent administrative skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and event days.
