Manager, Asia (Supply Chain Services)

About the role

This position supports the Supply Chain Services (SCS) management and direct material teams across Asia, driving strategic execution, governance, and data‑driven insights. The focus is on monitoring SCS initiatives such as VAVE, BOM reduction, and risk management through database management, process re‑engineering, and digitalization.

Key responsibilities

• Support management decisions by analysing Power BI dashboards and preparing executive‑level summary slides.
• Collaborate with Global Systems and IT teams to implement digitalisation and AI initiatives across the region.
• Review and improve supply‑chain workflows, create implementation plans, and monitor geopolitical and regulatory developments.
• Ensure compliance with governance standards, manage audits, and maintain approval flows and databases.
• Partner with Operations, R&D, Quality, Finance and other functions to roll out SCS initiatives and conduct training sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 5–8 years of experience in supply chain, strategic sourcing or procurement.
• Regional experience across multiple Asian markets (e.g., Hong Kong, China, India, Korea) is highly preferred.
