Manager, Product Management - Business & Market Insights

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a seasoned Manager to lead product management for its Business & Market Insights portfolio in Hong Kong. The role will shape product strategy, drive market penetration, and translate data‑driven insights into actionable solutions that enhance the digital payments ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product strategies and roadmaps to maximise market segment penetration.
• Manage existing product lines, including partner relationships and ongoing enhancements.
• Conduct opportunity assessments for new ideas and concepts, providing design specifications to product development teams.
• Define business and technical requirements, coordinating with the Global Technology Organization and vendor partners.
• Monitor product performance, oversee change‑control processes, and manage vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with customer teams, third‑party partners, and internal stakeholders to identify product enhancements.
• Lead Go‑To‑Market initiatives to increase card issuance across established and emerging markets.
• Generate business cases, perform financial modelling, and execute plans that promote Mastercard acceptance and profitability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, including at least two years of management responsibility.
• Extensive background in new product development and market launch.
• Proven ability to translate market insights into product strategy and revenue growth.
