Manager, Product Management - Business & Market Insights

About the role

The Manager, Product Management – Business & Market Insights will shape product strategy and road‑maps to maximise market penetration for Mastercard’s commerce intelligence solutions. You will own existing product lines, partner relationships and drive new concept validation, ensuring the portfolio meets evolving customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor product performance, manage change‑control processes and oversee vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with customer teams, third‑party partners and internal stakeholders to define enhancements and go‑to‑market plans.
• Develop and launch programs that increase card issuance in both established and emerging markets.
• Lead idea generation, concept validation, business case development and financial modelling for new products.
• Execute business plans that promote Mastercard acceptance and drive profitability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience; 8+ years of relevant experience with at least two years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in new product development, business/market/financial analysis and project management.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work with internal and external partners, and willingness to travel; native Cantonese, fluent English, Mandarin a plus.
