Manager, Product Management - Consumer Acquisition & Engagement

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager of Product Management for its Consumer Acquisition & Engagement portfolio in Hong Kong. The role will drive the development and market launch of loyalty‑based solutions, leveraging data and emerging AI to personalize offers and improve program performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end product development and management for Consumer Acquisition & Engagement solutions, ensuring alignment with local market needs.
• Collaborate with global product teams to adapt and roll out solutions, supporting sales and account management in delivering customer success.
• Utilise data analytics and AI capabilities to enhance personalization, targeting and performance of loyalty and engagement programmes.
• Stay abreast of best‑practice loyalty models, emerging business models, marketing tactics and technologies, and propose continuous improvements.
• Provide recommendations to keep the business model relevant and responsive to market dynamics.
• Work cooperatively within cross‑functional teams to evolve loyalty programmes in the market.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management, preferably within loyalty, rewards or consumer engagement domains.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data insights into product enhancements.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with global and local stakeholders.
• Track record of driving product launches and supporting sales teams.
